The petitioner is in custody in connection with Barun P.S.Case No.125 of 2016 arising out of Sessions Trial No.133 of 2017 pending in the Court of Sessions Judge, Aurangabad registered for an offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the IPC.

The petitioner's bail prayer has been rejected by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.652 of 2017 and Cr.Misc.No.62997 of 2017. From the report of learned court below, it appears that only one witness who is investigating officer has to be examined and the trial is likely to be concluded within four months. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of this petitioner is again rejected. If the trial is not concluded within
