2. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a)(b)(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3 . It is alleged that 310 litres of country made Mahua liquor has been recovered from forest area near Village Gopalpur.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2024 .

5. Considering the period of custody and other
