2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maheshkhunt P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was killed by unknown criminals. The deceased had defeated the petitioner five times in the PACS election.

4. From the perusal of the records of the case, it appears that the deceased was killed by one Niraj Kumar for Rs. 50,000/-. The petitioner is the person who has given Supari for the killing of the deceased.

6. The petitioner is in custody since 17.02.2025.

7. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
