JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER ---------------- 04-09-2015 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, in presence of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to prosecute their claim before the appropriate authority in the light of the observations/directions made in the impugned order dated 27.12.2010 (Annexure-1) passed by the respondent Additional Collector, Siwan in Jamabandi Correction Appeal No. 10 of 2005-06. Permission is accorded.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
