The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 46 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the brother of the deceased, in his written complaint has stated that on the day of Holi some altercation took place between the petitioner and deceased and thereafter they threatened that they will teach a lesson to deceased. Thereafter, he brought his brother in the house and he slept in the Bathan. However, in the morning it was found that he was dead. In the Postmortem report the death has been attributed to Asphyxia due to strangulation.

He is in custody since 04.03.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 6th, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No. 46 of 2018.
