JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER -------------- 04-09-2015 At the very threshold, learned Standing Counsel 14 submits that, in view of subsequent developments, the present writ petition has become infructuous.

The petitioner has filed the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction for disposal of Case No. 77 of 2011 by the respondent District Collector, West Champaran, Bettiah.

Learned Standing Counsel 14, by referring to the averments made in paragraph 4 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the official respondents as also order dated 03.03.2012 as contained in Annexure-A, points out that the aforesaid Case No. 77 of 2011 has already been disposed of.

In above view of the matter, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and the present matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
