JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation about 44 liters 640 Ml. Nepali Saufi wine were recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Petitioners are stated that their antecedents are clean and they are in custody since 17.5.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on

No.32105 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2 / 2 bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.D J. II - cum - Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 186 of 2017.

If the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
