2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was ploughing his land, the accused persons came there and started abusing the informant. Thereafter, the co-accused persons Manjay Yadav and Sanjay Yadav fired on him from his rifle.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51262 of 2024(2) dt.25-07-2024 2/2 has further submitted that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is under custody since 18.04.2024, and no one suffered any kind of injury.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Ist, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 61 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
