2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 477, 427, 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, two persons have been brutally assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioner.

4. The injury report supports the prosecution case. The petitioner is in jail since 30.04.2024 and has one criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner and the injury, I am not inclined to grant

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is rejected.
