Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20,22,23,24 of the Narcotic Drugs and the Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. Since prosecution evidence has already completed and the trial is at the verge of conclusion, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, who is carrying allegation of recovery of Charas, in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.48 of 2017 arising out of Raxaul P.S.Case No.138 of 2017 (G.R.Case No.564 of 2017) pending in the court of learned Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, East Champaran, Motihari. Learned Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial preferably within three months.
