Claiming himself to be the ex- Director of a Company called the A.D. V. Savings and Investment India, the writ petitioner has filed the application for a direction to the District Consumer Redressal Forum, Bettiah ( for short 'the Forum') not to proceed against the petitioner.

On perusal of the order dated 25.2.2006 (Annexure-2) it appears a complaint was lodged claiming the deposited amount with the Company as also compensation besides cost of litigation. The same was contested whereafter the forum disposed of the same directing the opposite parties arrayed thereto to make payment to the complainant jointly and severally. The present writ petition, in such
