The sole petitioner who is in custody since 31.7.2017 in Sarai P.S. Case No. 137 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 30(A)/ 32 (2) /38(1) & 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was not arrested from the place of occurrence and only on suspicion he was made accused.

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody , let the petitioner Aditya Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand )

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39343 of 2017 (2) dt.19-08-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -II, Hajipur , District Vaishali / concerned court in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 137 of 2016 .
