Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 207 of 2022 lodged under Section 395 of the I.P.C.

As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against 6 unknown accused persons for committing dacoity, in which Rs. 3 lakh of the informant was looted in which most of them were of Rs. 500 notes.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the informant

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during investigation petitioner has made confessional statement before the police that he worked as a liner and received total Rs. 50,000/- and out of this he spent Rs. 28,000 and Rs. 22,000 has been recovered from his possession (house). He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2022 having clean antecedent. Charge-sheet has already been filed in this case.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail, therefore, the bail petition is hereby rejected. Liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) ashishsingh/- U T
