The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons surrounded the informant when the petitioner assaulted with iron rod on the head of the informant, thereafter co-accused Rakesh Dome and Chutakiya Dome assaulted the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that out of three injuries two have been found to be simple in nature when injury no. 3 has been found grievous which is alleged against other accused persons. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38171 of 2015 (2) dt.18-09-2015 2/2 of the occurrence and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the fact that accusation is not corroborated with the medical opinion, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 190 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
