2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 447, 427, 341 , 323 , 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. As per the prosecution case , allegation against this petitioner is that she assaulted the informant and his son by means of hockey stick causing injuries to them.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties are close door neighbour and due to land dispute a simple occurrence of maarpeet took place between them. Injury allegedly caused by this petitioner is simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I Gopalganj in in connection with Sidhwalia ( Sidhwalia) P.S. case No. 123 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
