Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 34 of the IPC.

As per FIR, petitioner assaulted the informant with sword causing injury on his finger and nose.

The present case is counter blast of Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 68 of 2022 which was lodged against the family members of the informant by the mother of this petitioner. Petitioner is nephew of the informant and both the parties live together in the same parental house. Petitioner has got no

Learned counsel appearing for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner has caused grievous injury.
