The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 325, 341, 323, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, it is a case of assaulting due to which informant has sustained injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is counter version of the occurrence and from perusal of the impugned order, there is no grievous injury, as Annexure-4 annexed with this petition, doctor has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51525 of 2021(2) dt.04-07-2022 2/2 found one lacerated injury and other wound are in right eyebrow and right forearm. He further submits that similarly situated coaccused have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58908 of 2021. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura (Kusumbha O.P) P.S. Case No. 240 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
