On getting confidential information, police conducted raid and during course thereof, five persons were apprehended along with three motorcycles which happens to be alleged to be stolen one. Furthermore, it is also evident that on inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement of Sunny Kumar another stolen motorcycle was recovered from the possession of one Pappu Kumar. Though, no seizure list has been annexed relating to seizure of three motorcycles along with other items from respective accused including the petitioner but considering the fact that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as is evident from para-3 of the petition coupled with the fact that one Android mobile has only been recovered from his conscious possession, petitioner Birju Dome is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial
