JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-04-2021 Mr. Krishna Kumar Yadav, learned advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with respect to petitioner no. 1. The application with respect to petitioner no. 1/Sanoj Singh is dismissed as withdrawn.

The petitioners no. 2 to 6 seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 98 of 2020 dated 06.06.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37991 of 2020(2) dt.13-04-2021 2/2 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the petitioners no. 2 to 6 are said to have taken part in the affray but learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the parties are agnates and there is a counter version of the occurrence also. Persons from the side of the petitioners also have been injured. The injuries suffered by the victims are stated to be simple in nature.

Considering the aforestated facts and taking into account the clean antecedents of the petitioners no. 2 to 6, they are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XII, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 98 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The application stands disposed off.
