2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 12.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16882 of 2025 but he is renewing the prayer for bail on the ground that while rejecting his bail application, it was observed by this Court that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charges. He has further submitted that now the charges have been framed.

3. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State Sri Shailendra Kumar though opposed the prayer for bail but submitted that the charges have been framed.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Begusarai in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 347 of 2024, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) The petitioner shall physically appear before the learned court below on each and every date. In case of failure on two consecutive dates, unless he is prevented by extremely adverse circumstances, the learned court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner.
