2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Explosive Substance Act.
3. As per prosecution case, on 12.08.2022 at about 12 o'clock, when the informant was patrolling, he got information that there was explosion of a bomb at Gondapur. Upon receiving such information, he reached the spot and saw some people had gathered and they disclosed the name of some accused persons had passed comments on school girls and due to the same, there was some scuffle between both sides and accordingly, the

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Informant has not disclosed the name of the person who told the name of the accused persons and thus, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion. During investigation, it has surfaced that co-accused Shahrukh Khan threw the bomb on the house of one Bhanulal and the said fact has also been supported by several witnesses. There is absolutely no accusation of overt act against this petitioner.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, general and omnibus nature of accusation and facts that have surfaced during investigation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
