JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2017 The application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016 registered for offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code & 14 Foreign Act.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to abide by the condition imposed upon him as he has remained in custody for about a year and up-till-now only charge has been framed against the accused persons. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, as the petitioner has remained in custody for one year, as such, the learned court below is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55501 of 2016 (3) dt.31-01-2017 2/2 to expedite the trial by conducting the same on day to day basis and conclude within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order by the court below. In this connection, let the learned court below send a letter to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna also for production of the witnesses on each and every date fixed by it.
