The petitioners seek bail in Sirdala P.S. Case No. 150 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

It is alleged in the written report that 30 litres of Mahua liquor has been recovered from the field of petitioner No. 1.

Petitioners are in custody since 6.4.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed.

No.40718 of 2019(2) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-II cum Special Judge, Excise, Nawada, in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 150 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioners.
