On getting confidential information, raid was conducted at the house of Braj Bihari where one person was found standing by the side of parked motorcycle and during course of search of aforesaid motorcycle, 20 bottles of 300 ml Saufi wine was seized while from the house of Braj Bihari, 55 bottles of 300 ml Nepali Saufi wine were found and seized. During course thereof, one person seeing the police, began to flee, who was chased and apprehended and from his possession, five bottle each containing 300 ml of Nepali Foreign wine has been recovered, who disclosed his identity as petitioner, Rajee Ahmad. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 29.07.2016, having absence of criminal antecedent as per

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43783 of 2016 (02) dt.06-10-2016 Para-3 of the petition.

Accordingly, petitioner, Rajee Ahmad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahna at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Chiraiya P.
