The application is for grant of bail for the offence under Sections 387, 427, 502, 120B of the IPC and 3,4,5 of Explosive Substance Act and 17 CLA and 10, 13, 16, 17, 18, 20 of U.A. Act. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and his name transpires only on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has also been submitted that the other co-accused, having similar allegation, have already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court, as mentioned in Para 11 of the application, i.e. Cr. Misc. No.20435/16, Cr. Misc. No.25776/16 and Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46278 of 2016 (4) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 No.27657/16.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who could not controvert the aforesaid facts.

Having heard both sides and in view of the fact that the other co-accused, having similar allegation, have already been granted bail by this Hon'ble Court, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-VII, Saran at Chhapra in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No.01 of 2016.
