The Petitioner seeks bail in Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of causing gun shot injury on the vital part of the body (abdomen) of the husband of informant which is grievous in nature.

Petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2018.

Considering the fact that there is direct allegation of firing against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
