JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court in Cr.Misc.No. 49401 of 2016, vide order dated 19.1.2017 with a direction to trial court to expedite the trial and if the case has not been committed to the court of sessions, the court below shall take necessary steps to commit the case to the court of Sessions at the earliest.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that case has been committed and charge has been framed but in last three months no witness has been examined in this case on behalf of prosecution and petitioner is in custody for 15 months. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and considering the facts and circumstances, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32530 of 2017 (2) dt.19-07-2017 2/2 and try to conclude it within six months.
