2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148 , 149, 323 , 341 , 324, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code .

3. As per the prosecution case , allegation against this petitioner is of commission of assault by means of sword on the head of the father of informant. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

5 Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent of the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47248 of 2024(2) dt.19-08-2024 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned JM 1st Class Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. case No. 41 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
