2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504, 307, 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against this petitioner is of commission of assault with lathi on the head of informant.

4. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injuries. The doctor has found the injury attributed to this petitioner simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42124 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Kaimur, Bhabhua in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 103 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
