JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 13-10-2015 After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the respondent Bank authorities for consideration of its request not to take steps for realization of the Bank loan advanced to the petitioner in the year 1996. The petitioner further undertakes to abide by such decision which decision shall be finally binding upon the petitioner.

2. Permission is accorded. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

3. It is made clear that this Court is not entering into the merits of the matter and if any representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the respondent Bank on its own merits in accordance with law. (Vikash Jain, J) Md. Ibrarul/- U
