Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner came in this case on the basis of information furnished by spy of the police. However, before above stated disclosure of spy of the police, one witness claimed to have seen one Khushnama taking away the deceased from her home. The above stated co-accused, Khushnama happens to be sister of the petitioner and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. The investigation

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sikta P.S.
