This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)A, 22(b) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

Hundred grams of ganja was recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a disabled person vide certificate at Annexure 2 and the recovered quantity comes within small quantity. The petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2016 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Piprahi P.S. Case No. 73 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, I, Sheohar, or successor Court.
