The petitioners seek bail in Katra P.S. Case No. 269 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section (s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. There is specific allegation against Dharmendra Kumar Rai, of snatching one year old daughter of the informant namely Nidhi Kumari from the lap of wife of the informant and throwing her on the ground, on account of which, she died. Petitioners are in custody since 1.2.2019 having clean antecedent.

Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Sub Judge-15th, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Katra P.S.
