The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 257 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against petition is of causing one fire arm injury on the abdomen of Amit Kumar son of informant at the instigation of other accused.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. It has been further submitted that after the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37651 of 2018(3) dt.07-09-2018 2/2 occurrence informant arrived there and she has not seen the occurrence. There is no injury report in case diary. Charge sheet has been submitted. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 27.11.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Madanpur P.S.
