No one appears on behalf of the opposite party no.2 Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a complaint case filed under Section 498 (A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47153 of 2014 (3) dt.08-04-2016 2 / 2 has re-married to one Munna Yadav, son of Late Lal Bahadur Yadav on 02.06.2013 itself. Notice has been issued upon opposite party no.2, however, no one has appeared on her behalf. Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in complaint case no.650 of 2011, the above named petitioner, Rajesh Yadav shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M.
