Petitioner is in custody in connection with Karai Parsurai P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019 for the offence under sections 25(1-b) a/26 of Arms Act.

The allegation against this petitioner is that on search one loaded country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from his possession.

The Petitioner is in custody since 6.3.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
