ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. This revision application has been filed for setting aside the order dated 8.7.2015 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in Criminal Appeal No.43 of 2015/ 08 of 2015, by which he has affirmed the order dated 5.6.2015 passed by the Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Sitamarhi, by which he has refused to release the Petitioner in Sursand P.S. case No.37 of 2014 (G.R. No.181 of 2014, J.J. Board case No.1221 of 2015). In view of the nature of offence and the antecedents of the Petitioner, I would not think it proper to release the petitioner since there is every possibility of mingling him with anti social elements. The application stands dismissed.

No.641 of 2015 dt.08-02-2016 2/2 The Juvenile Justice Board is directed to conclude the enquiry positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party, for which reason he shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for each witnesses for their examination along with a copy of this order to the S.P., Sitamarhi, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in the trial.
