A mini gun factory was unearthed and, the petitioner along with three others was caught on the spot but nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail by this court. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 19-01-2016.
