From perusal of the order-sheets, it appears that vide a detailed order dated 05.04.2022, the petitioner was granted provisional bail.

Today, after some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly submits that the petitioner is ready to deposit Rs.1,52,280/- in the account of Utkramit Madhya Vidyalaya, Kursandi within ten weeks.

On the aforesaid assurance, learned court below is directed to confirm the bail bond of the petitioner after showing deposit of Rs.1,52,280/- in the account of Utkramit Madhya Vidyalaya, Kursandi within ten weeks from today.
