The petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2016 in connection with Rani Talab P.S. Case No. 44 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 364, 365/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Case diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the last seen theory, there is no cogent material, which shows the complicity of the present petitioner. It is further submitted that there is no such material to implicate the petitioner as there is only suspicion raised against him.
