The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Paroo P.S.Case No.207 of 2007 registered for offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus in nature against the petitioners, who appears to be mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is delay in lodging the FIR as well as no specific allegation has been attributed against them. They are in custody since 26.7.2017 Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.46305 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mrs. Prity Kumari, J.M. 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S.Case nO.207 of 2007. With following conditions :

(i) One of the bailors of the petitioners shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the concerned court.

(ii) The petitioners will not induce any witness or tamper with the evidence.

(iii) The petitioners shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court and on the event of failure on their part to appear before the court below on two consecutive dates without showing any genuine reasons, the prosecution is free to move for cancellation of their bail bond.
