2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul) P.S. Case No. 301 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the petitioner was not arrested at the spot and his name surfaced in the statement of apprehended co-accused persons Md. Reyaz @ Vishal and Md. Jubair and no incriminating material was recovered from his possession and after his arrest, the police failed to recover any incriminating material to show his connection to the alleged crime. 4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances and considering the above submissions, in my opinion it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner namedabove be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul) P.S.
