2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. Though the allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the victim girl but from the statement of the victim girl quoted in the impugned order it appears that she had left her house on her own.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2025 and claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024.
