A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents.
In the year 2001, the State respondent vide Notification (Annexure-3) declared Silao Notified Area Committee as Nagar Panchayat. Now, in the year 2011, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner who claims to be a social activist challenging the said notification.
After some arguments, Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this application enabling him to ventilate his grievance before the appropriate authority/forum in accordance with law.
