2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Gurua P.S.Case No. 102 of 2024.
3. The police, on a secret information about illegal activities of the accused persons, including the petitioner, rushed to the informed site. On seeing the police personnel, they started running away, but were overpowered. On search, the police recovered a live cartridge, an android mobile set and Rs. 2000/- cash from the possession of the petitioner.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46893 of 2024(2) dt.11-07-2024 2/2 that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he is the victim of circumstances. He is in custody since 24.03.2024.
5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail upon completion of six months in custody from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya, in connection with Gurua P.S.Case No. 102 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
