No one appears for the State.
The petitioner in the present case is seeking regular bail in connection with Chandra Mandih P.S. Case No. 13/2015 registered for offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and nothing has been recovered from his possession. His name transpired in the confessional statement made by co-accused Sanoj Kumar Singh, who has been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide Annexure-3. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in Paragraph 3 and is in jail since 10.04.2017.
