ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-10-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 20.11.2010 passed by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna, in CB Case No.30 of 2010/Tr. No.1981 of 2010. It has been submitted that the Petitioner's product was not substandard as is evident from Annexure-5 that nowhere it was claimed that it contained vitamin B2 which was found absent on analysis. Considering that these are the matters which can be looked into only at the stage of trial, I see no reason to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.
