The petitioner has been made accused in Buxar Town P.S.Case No.61 of 2916 for the offence under Section 406/420 IPC.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he withdrew Rs.2,30,000/- from the Bank Account of the informant by committing forgery.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the informant has given two cheques to the petitioner in lieu of purchase of cattle and as such he withdrew the amount from the account of the informant for purchase of cattle and it is not that the petitioner has withdrawn the said amount without the consent of the informant. It has further been submitted that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and has been languishing in the judicial custody since 20.9.2016.
