Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, the name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Khudaganj P.S.Case No. 64 of 2010.
