2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 447, 420, 406, 470, 471, 354B, 379, 504, 120B and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Vide order dated 30.01.2024, the matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Center of the Patna High Court to amicably resolve the dispute between the parties. The learned Mediator has submitted its report dated 22.04.2024 in which it is clearly stated that the dispute between the parties has been resolved and the terms of settlement mutually agreed

4. In that view of the matter, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Samastipur C.R. No.196 of 2022 (T.R. No.2273/23), subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) Trivedi/- U T
